The field of neuropsychopharmacology involves the evaluation of the effects of natural and synthetic compounds upon the brain, mind, and human behavior. The core purpose of the ACNP is to advance scientific understanding of and to facilitate communication about disorders of the brain and behavior in order to further their prevention and treatment. The ACNP has historically provided a venue at which the best scientists from academia, government, and industry have gathered to share, discuss, and debate their research. The meeting has served as a catalyst to advance discovery and disseminate information about scientific advances. Like most professional medical societies, funding for the ACNP comes from a variety of sources including membership dues, royalties from publication sales, meeting registration fees, and grants from corporations or governmental agencies. The College has developed policies and procedures to either eliminate or to properly manage both real and perceived conflicts of interest, and to separate financial issues from operational decisions. We have established firewalls to protect the integrity of College operations and to prevent the influence of financial sponsors from penetrating decision making processes of the College. Waived Waived 2019 Non-ACNP Travel Awardee This group includes the 2019 Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA) Awardees. Waived Waived Past Travel Award Winner (2015 - 2018) All previous Travel Award recipients from 2015 to 2018. A trainee can be a M.D., Ph.D., Post-Doctoral Fellow, Resident, or Research Fellow. *CDI Trainee - all members of the Career Development Institute's training class for 2019. $200 $250 Secretary Invited Guest This type of invitation is initiated by the ACNP President. Variable Variable ACNP Corporate Representative This group includes the designated representatives from supporting corporations. $590 $640 Invited Member of the Foreign Corresponding Organization * Includes AsCNP, CINP, and ECNP. You must be on the list submitted to ACNP. This group includes only those AsCNP, CINP, and ECNP members who are recipients of a meeting invitation from their society and whose names have been provided to the ACNP from the AsCNP, CINP, or ECNP administration. $590 $640 Registration Fee Includes: Opening Reception, admission to poster sessions/receptions, meeting refreshment breaks (Sunday-Wednesday), Luncheons (Sunday-Wednesday), abstracts online, as well as access to all scientific sessions. Additional registration items: Registration Fee Categories Registration Type Description On or Before October 24 On or After October 25 Accompanying Person(s) A spouse, relative, or significant other (age 18 & over) who accompanies an attendee in conjunction with the attendee’s registration. * A registered accompanying person may only attend the social functions of the meeting, which include the morning breaks, lunches and reception. The only scientific sessions open to the accompanying person are the poster sessions. Please note: A scientific colleague cannot be an accompanying person. $240/each $290/each Opening Reception Ticket This is a ticket for non-registered guests for the Opening Reception on Sunday, December 8th. The ticket is required for entrance to the reception for all non-registered guests. $50/each $75/each Cancellation Policy: Meeting registration fees will be refunded (less $30 processing fee) if the Executive Office receives written notice to acnp@acnp.org by December 6, 2019. The 57th Annual Meeting was held from December 9-13, 2018 at the Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida. It was a successful meeting with over 1900 attendees from the field of neuropsychopharmacology.
